Renewals still live in spreadsheets and memory
If you manage a few dozen client sites, you probably know this:
A spreadsheet of domains and expiry dates that is always a little out of date.
Calendar reminders that get snoozed, dismissed or lost when someone leaves.
The client is the first to notice: a browser warning, a dead site, an angry email.
Features
Know first. Fix before the client notices.
Renewal alerts
Get warned 30, 14 and 7 days before a domain or SSL certificate expires, for every site in one place.
Outage alerts
Be told when a client site goes down, so you can act before the phone rings.
Client-ready monthly report
Coming soonA monthly site health report with your agency branding, ready to send to clients.
Works with .com, .it and .io
Expiry dates are looked up automatically for these extensions. For any other, you enter the date by hand.
Why now
SSL certificates are getting shorter
The CA/Browser Forum has been cutting the maximum lifetime of public SSL certificates. Shorter lifetimes mean more renewals per site every year, and more chances to miss one.

What will it monitor?
Domain expiry, SSL certificate expiry and site availability (whether a site is up or down) for the client sites you add.
Will it renew domains or certificates for me?
No. ExpiryHound warns you in time; you keep control of renewals with your registrar or host.
What do you do with my email?
Only launch updates and product research, based on your consent. See the privacy notice for details and how to ask for removal.
